Dacii Liberi

Dinning at Dacii Liberi Restaurants can be an experience of everyday meals, but usually it is a moment you remember.

 

During the cold season we serve in 2 restaurants, The Cellar and The Hall ( reserved only for our guests ) .

 

Once the warm season comes we close The Cellar and reserve it only for private events, but we open our Terrace with great views over the surrounding hills. The Hall still remains open for our guests for breakfast.

 

From time to time we organize traditional events with local musicians and traditional food and on request we can arrange wine tasting parties and outdoor dining.

Our Restaurants

Our well equipped kitchen , serving the restaurants inside the Dacii Liberi Resort is trying to maintain the traditions , combining old recipes with the latest technolology in culinary industry.

The same as we are trying to do everything at Dacii Liberi, by combining modern with traditional, we are delivering culinary experiences in our traditional restaurants .

The Cellar

With a capacity of 80 persons, The Cellar was a wide variety of Romanian wines and dishes. For The Wine List we are working with 15 romanian wine cellars with a great background.

Open : from 1 October – 1 May
or for private events

The Terrace

The Terrace is places next to the Spa , has a capacity of 200 people and offers nice views over the surrounding hills. During the warm nights we project documentaries, movies or sport events.

Open: from 1st of May by 1st of October

Our backyard is huge and green. At the end of our property is the Viseu River and a small stream. On this rural field, you can have your wedding, birthday party or any other type of event where you would like to invite many guests.
